Trumpet Mushrooms are not only a delicious culinary delight but they contain beta-glucans, which can boost the immune system and reduce inflammation. Explore the ecology of water in urban areas through in-person demonstrations and explorations of watersheds, wetlands, and streams. The Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank will be at the Old Walk Grant building (210 Ferdinand Street) on the fourth Friday of every month from 4:30-6pm distributing fresh food to anyone seeking a little help with food security!
